Shipping

If the package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

 

Ford and Fossil is not responsible for delays in USPS, UPS, or any other delivery method. Please be patient with shipping times, no matter how many calls or emails are made to the delivery service, they are working as fast as they can. If you want faster shipping, please upgrade to the Priority Mail option.

 

Lost packages – If you have not received updated tracking information or package in over 60 days from the shipping date, Ford and Fossil will be in contact with the USPS regarding the lost package. A reshipment will be available with the shipping cost being paid for by the customer. If the shipment was lost due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for the loss and will not be refunded. 

Custom fees are responsible by the customer. Ford and Fossil will not be responsible for any custom fees or any other international fees.


Returns & Exchanges

All earrings are final sale. If your product or earrings arrives damaged you can return them within 30 days for a new pair or full refund. Please visit our customer service page to contact the shop.
