We want you to love your jewelry — and wear it often. Every piece is handmade with care, and if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, non-custom pieces.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • You may request a refund or exchange.

  • Custom and stamped pieces are final sale.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refund timing: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

🛠 Repairs

Jewelry is meant to be lived in — and sometimes that means it needs a little care.

  • Free repairs within 30 days of delivery for early breakage or craftsmanship issues.

  • After 30 days, I’ll still walk you through options — most are simple and affordable:

    • Clasp or tag reattachment: often free

    • Chain repairs: typically $8

    • Full chain replacements: $18–$26 depending on length

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.

📦 Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped from Tucson, Arizona.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces may take 2–10 business days before shipping.

  • We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders $75+.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
