Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, non-custom pieces

Items must be in original condition and packaging

You may request a refund or exchange

Custom and stamped pieces are final sale

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

Refund timing: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Jewelry is meant to be lived in — and sometimes that means it needs a little care.

I offer free repairs within 30 days of delivery for early breakage or craftsmanship issues

After 30 days, I’ll still walk you through options — most are simple and affordable:

Clasp or tag reattachment: often free

Chain repairs: typically $8

Full chain replacements: $18–$26 depending on length

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted
